A stunning new build home in Wilmslow!

Working with developer Sumo we successfully achieved planning approval to demolish an existing bungalow and replace it with this contemporary home.

The changes in level across the site meant we had to be clever with the use of space and maximise the stunning views across the rear garden.

Arranged over three levels to provide 5 bedrooms, study, lounge, open plan kitchen living space and double height atrium – this really is an example of how to make the most of a difficult site.

The relationship at lower ground floor with the garden ensures this family home flows between the internal and external spaces and creates a flexible dwelling both inside and out.

Due for completion Autumn 2023.
