How We Work Stage 2 Concept

Stage two focuses on bringing your vision to life. We will create comprehensive design proposals based on your brief, that will include 3D drawings, plans and images. These will exceed your aspirations whilst maximising the potential of your home.

All aspects of design will be explored and considered by our expert team including budget, planning constraints and structural solutions. The optimum scheme will be presented to you at the Concept Review Meeting.

Once the concept design is complete and agreed our Quantity Surveyor (QS) will prepare budget construction costs – this will give you an estimate of the cost of the complete project at this early stage.

Our aim is to provide a comprehensive solution that will give you the confidence to move forward to the next stage.
